After a tricky start to the season we are back on track for a happy and healthy looking harvest.

Since all that rain and hail in the springtime we have overcome the humidity thanks to an

excellent summer growth period with heat and drought in perfect measures. Temperatures are

cooler now allowing for slower ripening and a leveling out of the heterogeneity caused by

irregular flowering. Everything depends on the next two or three weeks now so fingers crossed

everybody please!
