Last month the 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape has been bottled and is now available for sale at the winery.
Indeed, it is still young to drink it now but has already a complex nose with jamed fig and prune aromas. The mouth is rich and elegant.
The 2015 vintage, an exceptional vintage.
The beginning of year was hot and wet followed by a beautiful spring season with an hot and dry weather during the May and June months which enable us to have a healthy vineyard. The rain mid-june helped to calm the heat.
We had also an exceptional month of July very hot.
The beginning of September offered ideal climate conditions for harvesting with sunny days, cooler nights and mistral.
So come to taste our exceptionnal 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape !
