Tasting Notes

Below are a series of tasting notes and technical data for most recent millesimes. They are in a 'pdf' format and thus easy to print off. Each gives a brief description of an individual wines characteristics along with some detail of each wines constituent grape varieties, the average age of the vines from which it was produced, the minerality of the 'terroir' from which it was produced, the ageing techniques used to mature the wine and so on.
